At Point to Point Health and Wellness we treat a wide range of common urgent care concerns from the comfort and ease of your home or office. We want to help you avoid unnecessary trips to a free standing urgent care or emergency room when appropriate. We also want to help you access care same day or next day when your primary care provider is unavailable or you do not have one.
Telehealth Urgent Care Complaints - $95
Common complaints include cold and flu symptoms, sinus infections, sore throat, ear pain, cough, fever, urinary tract complaints, vaginal complaints, STD screening, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, mild abdominal pain, constipation, headaches and migraines, back and neck pain, muscle strains, joint sprains, rashes, allergic reactions, insect bites, minor burns, skin infections, medication refills or simple medication questions.
Ages 7+. Telehealth services are limited in scope. Clinical evaluation may determine the need for in-person assessment or immediate referral to emergency services, laboratory services or imaging services.
In Home Urgent Care Complaints - $100 + cost of specific complaint;
Adult Medical Evaluation 60+ = $65
Adult Medical Evaluation 18 - 59 = $55
Pediatric Medical Evaluation 6months - 17 = $45
Availability of in-home services may vary based on location and provider availability, and additional travel fees may apply for extended distances. Our services are designed for non-emergent conditions; if needed, we will guide you to in-person care or emergency services. For safety and quality of care, we may decline services that fall outside our scope or present safety concerns.
